Moved out of Country

I moved out of the country with a debt that I am no longer paying. Apparently they keep calling my family. As I no longer leave in the US, but have a US debt. What will be the best solution?

If the debt is not sustantial, and you do not intend to return to the U.S., forget about it.. The foregoing is not a legal answer , rather a practical one.
