Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Auto negligence
i was in an auto accident.I did not get a ticket.I was arrested 3 months later for mis. dui.I went to court,got probation for dui.The state found me not guilty for accident and was ordered not to pay restitution.Now the other party in accident are suing me for damage to their car.Where do i stand and how do i respond?

call your insurance company- civil and crim liabilty are different
