Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Criminal law

State of Florida has a statue of limitation law for felony offences of four years. If a person commits a felony while on probation for a previous felony and five years later it still has not been reported, does the statue apply or because it was committed during a probationary period the statue doesn't apply.
