Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I live in fl a few years ago i got in trouble for the first time in my life with a felony ( non violent, not drug related.) . I completed my probation 2 years ago and received adjudication withheld so technically i am not a felon. My question is , i still have my voting rights and am able to vote. am i able to get my concealed weapons permit?

That is a tricky area. You might be able to but probably not, because under Federal law, they do not recognize a withhold. I tell clients to try and see what happens. Some get it, some don't.
