DUI-Drug Law
A man I know was arrested for driving under the influenece of drugs, not alcohol. He was not in possesion of anything other than what was in his system. Are there any penalties other than those for an alcohol related DUI that may apply to this? If so, what might they be?

Most likely would be the same, depending on the county were you were charged and if you had any priors.
