Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

ok but even if the custody papers that I have are from NEW YORK and a judge here in Martin County said that this chid is to stay living with me,the grandmother is this paper good enough? Can I go and pick him up with these papers or can the mother go and get him and bring him back to me? And can I get any chid support money from the father for the 7 years that I had this chid.

If you get an order from a Martin County judge that says you have (at least) temporary custody, you can go get the child.

You cannot get back child support under Florida law if there was no court order in place that said the father owed child support for that time period.
