Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My daughters father has only paid sporadic child support and does not follow what the court had said for visitation of my child. I want to get his parental rights taken away, how do I do this?

You can't, at least not for failure to pay child support. You can, however, file a motion for contempt for his failure to properly pay support.
