Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Divorce process at the moment w/one minor child age 5 and we both have 50% timesharing visitation (weekly basis) before a judge in a court order 2009, until the divorce is final. My question to ask does the spouse/husband has the right to leave our child with a care-taker/ private babysitter without other parent/wife knowledge or consent. Meanwhile Spouse/Husband was ordered by court in a order 2009 before Judge has to pay child's daycare in order for child to attend such. Spouse does not pay daycare and leave child with a private babysitter/care taker (while his week. Wife pays for daycare because husband refuse to pay) and other parent (wife) is not aware and does not know the where about of the care-taker/ private babysitter information nor where our child age 5 is staying with? Living in the state of Florida.

Can husband do this to our 5yr old child; even with a court order before a judge from 2009?

Please advise.

First of all if you have an agreement with the court and the court has ruled on the issues, then read the document and what it says is what you have. If you did not specify who the child could stay with - then there is nothing in the order for that. As to the child care - he is to pay if the court order said so.
