Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I'm thinking about allowing my ex boyfriend to take our daughter into the state he lives in, is a notarized paper saying he will return her to me after two weeks with no custody agreement, if he doesnt give her back will this note be enough to get my daughter back?

Right and I have some waterfront property for sale in Utah for you! NO, a notarized statement is not going to suffice. Once he is there , he could claim custody and you would really have a battle on your hands. Get a court order.

It is better than an oral agreement however it should be reduced to writing and approved by the court in FL. Contact my office for free consultation 727-446-7659.
