Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

What can I do?

My x boyfriend recently took me to court for visitation. We came to an agreement and everything seemed fine. Now he is demanding me to have her ready for him to pick up at 3 and I dont get off from work til 330. He is telling me that I am taking his fatherly rights from him if I do not have her ready at 3 and let him get her at 3. My husband doesnt want him at our house so I told him he cant come to our house and to pick our child up at my work. My husband says that a judge will not force me to allow him on our property. Is that true? I do not want to get into trouble. Also, my xboyfriend doesnt have transportation nor does he have a phone any longer. I am worried that if something happens I will have no way of contacting him and vise versa. He has paid no child support for 2 years now and is over 10, 000 in debt. I feel like nothing is being done to him for not following his side of the court order. I also feel like the court is not looking at my childs best interest. I am so frustrated. Is there anything that can be done or am I just stuck between a rock and a hard place?
