I was dating an individual and she gave me a STD do I have recourse agianst her

You may be entitled to any medical expenses and costs. If she knew she had STD and did not tell you, she may be liable for a crime. Depending on the State, you may have difficulty in court under the doctrine of comparative negligence or assumption of risk as you probably did not use a condom.
