Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

If a spouse is working a full time job and the wife is on social security disability and they get sued by a creditor, can the creditor garnish the head of household wages on the one that is working. ( on the working spouse, if the wife is social security disabled )

In Florida, if the working spouse is eligible to claim head of household (and does) the creditor would not be able to garnish the wages of that person. Social Security benefits are not eligible for garnishment.
