Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida
I am an American Citizen, and I am thinking about applying for my parents' Green Card. However I have a disabled sister (over 21 years of age) who depends on them. Could she benefit of their application, or would I need to file a completely separate petition for her (which would take over 10 years)? Thank you very much in advance.

You would still need to petition your sister separately.
