Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

overtime pay and harrassment

I worked for a large retailer. I worked 60hrs some with no meal breaks. I was paid under the minimal for my salried position.I also feel I was harrassed and ridiculed in front of others. is there anything I can do? I feel i was underpaid due to the fact that I just got married and had a baby on the way. when I turned down the initial offer I was told I will not be offered another promotion.

You could be owed overtime wages depending on the nature of the duties you performed and the way in you were compensated. Please contact an attorney for a consultation to determine what rights you may have, and please feel free to contact us directly for further assistance.
