Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I'm not paid for lunch even though I don't take lunch and work straight through

My boss takes an hour of pay per day off my check even though I work all day without taking a lunch break. I think he is stealing from me since i do not get any pay for 5 hours a week that I am working. He says its the law? who's right?

If you're being paid a flat salary, this obviously isn't an issue. However, if you are paid by the hour, then your ER is legally required to pay you for every hour you work. Please feel free to contact me for further assistance at (305) 755-9441.
