Salaried employee benefits

I am inquiring in regards to a salaried employees benefits. Can you please inform me if an employee must be compensated a full salary if he/she did not work a full work week and does not have any sick or personal days alloted by the company left to take? Thanks.

The law only requires that you be paid for hours and/or days that you actually worked. As a result, if you worked 2 of 5 days, your salary is only required to be paid at a 2/5 pro-rated portion for that week.
