Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I was told by my boss, "just leave and don't think about coming back!" after an heated conversation with a customer. I've worked for the company for six years with no prior incidents or write ups. Does this mean I'm fired? Could I qualify for unemployment?

My interpretation is that, yes, you are fired. You may be entitled to unemployment compensation if the firing was through no fault of your own.
