Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

vacation time

I have 4 weeks vacation time. Due to financial problems my employer told me they are taking away 2 weeks and only allowing 2 weeks. The year is already 3 months in. Is this legal?

It depends on your employment contract. Of course, if you insist on 4 weeks, they can always fire you as an alternative.
