Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

Hi, my wife and I are part of four managers running two resorts. These two resorts was sold 3 months ago as a going concern with all employees. Management has not been paid any salaries for the last 3 months. We know that the final contract has not been signed.

Can we claim our salaries from the selling party?

Your salary is owed by whomever is employing you. If the property has not been sold, it sounds like your current owner owes you.
