Legal Question in Employment Law in Florida

I work loss prevention for a major retailer in florida, and we regularly conduct covert surveillances on associates. Durring these surveillances we are locked in our office or an observation tower for 8 or 9 hours and are not allowed to leave for any reason. This means no lunch, bathroom, or 15 min breaks. We are told to urinate in a bottle, hold it, or use a company provided chemical toilet. There is also always a chance that a manager could walk in while going to the restroom in our office, not to mention our offices are under constant video surveillance so we have to block the camera. I have serious privacy and sanitation concerns with this. Can they really do any of this? I
