I have been working for 4 months as a contractor at a company. I was just told that my employment will terminate in one month. Their reason is that the agency that hired me was not suppose to allow me to work for this company because it did not cover technical services. In other words the contract between the agency & the company did not have my technical services listed. I have no performance or any reason they would fire me. I did sign an agreement to take this job. Does anyone have any obligation to me since the termination was not due to my fault but due to technical administrative error on both the agency & the company. Thxs
