Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

removing our 43 yr. old son

we are senior citizens and we love our son but he has become disrespectful and causes problems in our home. He has lived with us for 2 years and laughs when we tell him to find an apartment. How can we legally have him moved without a horrible fight. We would love for him to stay if he would stop yelling and respect us. He pays no money and will not even mow the lawn. Thank you

You may even have to go so far has to have a No Trespass Order issued against him or a Restraining Order.

There will be a fight. Try sitting him down and discussing things with him. Give him a deadline and then stick to it. Change the locks on the doors when his time is up. If he breaks in, call the police. Sorry that your son treats you so poorly.
