Re: mistreated badly at hospital in pain everyday

Medical malpractice claims are extremely difficult. There are special rules that apply just to these types of cases. This is true even though the statistics show that many thousands of people are victims of malpractice every year.

It sounds as though you may have a malpractice case but I will need a lot more information before I would be able to tell you how you should proceed. A delay in treatment that causes you to be worse off then you would have been had there been no delay could be actionable. The fact that you did not have health insurance will not be an excuse!

I am licensed in both Ohio and Florida and have been handling these types of cases in both the trial and appellate courts for more than 30 years. If you would like to discuss this in more detail, please give me a call. Not charge or obligation for a confidential telephone call.

Good Luck!
