Divorce After 12 yrs to Service Connected disabled vet
If we have been married 12 yrs and divorce , do i still get to maintain medical and educational benefits . He is 100 plus % service connected disabled vet

As soon as the divorce is final, you lose all benefits derived from the marriage from the VA including health care.
