Legal Question in Personal Injury in Florida

I was not properly served. The summons was left at my grandmother's home in a different county. I have already answered the complaint, but it was a couple days late due to incorrect service. At this point should i just wait to see if a default is entered and then file a motion to quash and set aside default?

If you answered the Complaint, you most likely waived your right to quash improper service of process.

You have to raise the fact that service was not proper. I cannot comment on what you can do without seeing the Answer you have submitted. It was in your best interests to retain counsel to represent you and file the Answer on your behalf.
