Foreclosure

I have been served a civil action summons asking me to file a written repsonse to the complaint in 20 days, I dont know what I need to do.

You should speak with a lawyer immediately. If you want to save the house, you'll need to file an answer to the lawsuit immediately. A lawyer can assist you with that. There may be other options available to you as well.
