Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
car crash other driver had no insurance
I got into a car crash and the lady that hit me has no insurance. The crash was her fault and she even got some tickets for it. She ended up totaling my car. However, I have the bare mimimum car insurance so no collision policy but I do have unisured motorists insurance but my insurance is saying that that only covers medical expenses not my car. I was just wondering if there is any way to get some reimmbursement

The short answer is probably no. You could go to court, get a judgment and try to collect on that judgment but the chances you actually collect may be slim and the effort involved may be more trouble than it's worth.
