Cobra Insurance
Separated from company, was never notified about Cobra, even though I call three times. After my third call, they finally sent me the Cobra paperwork. Mid-Feb. but they want me to pay from 12/1/06. Am I required to pay this or are they responsible for my back pay since they were lax in notification?
