Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia

Child Molestor

I just found out that a convicted child molestor resides

on the same street that I live on. There are many families

with children on my street. My question is: LEGALLY--what can

I do to inform everyone about this person living near our

kids? We live on a country road and the kids play freely--

not anymore, as far as my kids are concerned.

Re: Child Molestor

Because your neighbor's status as a sex offender is public record, you may inform your neighbors that he/she was convicted of child molestation. As long as it is true information that is public knowledge, you can disclose that to whomever you wish.
