Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia

Harrassment

I work as a diesel cashier@a pilot travel center.Every week the general manager of the store displays a cashier summary report to inform you of how good/terrible you do on the job.Recently the store changed their computer system and the general manager is not satisfied with the employees job performance. So,added to the fact that every employee can see the cashier summary report, the manager adds a rating of good poor terrible, this is also highlited the same color as your name to specifically point out who is doing worse.I feel that this is demeaning, and humiliating.Does he have the right to post such things of his own free will and make the employees feel worse than they already do about being over/short or maybe not selling enough coffee?
