Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia

Interrogated-under arrest- no miranda

I was arrested in a road block after i tried to dodge it.I had a friend with me. He asks me what the smell was and i said an insence. Then he asked me to get out of the car questions me and gives me ultimatums pertaining to my arrest. He trapped me with my words or incriminated me without reading me any rights saying that I could be silent or any of the other points.he cuffed me and arrested me without any rights being read.Another cop came and tried to get me to be an informant. He blatently asked me if I would wear a wire. There are alot more details but I am limited to 1250 so do i have a case

Re: Interrogated-under arrest- no miranda

Police are only required to read you your Miranda rights when they ask you questions while detained. They are not required to read them at the time of arrest without questioning.
