Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia

Signing of your Signerger

My name was signed to a court document without my permission by a Lawyer who works for the Defendant, when I was asked for permission for them to sign I stated in writing under no circumstances they are not to sign my name to any documents. I am very up set and feel that my will was violated

Re: Signing of your Signerger

If you have a lawyer, you should take the matter up with your lawyer. If you are handling this pro se, you should make the presiding judge aware of this unauthorized signature. If the matter is not an open litigation case, you need to take steps to void the document. A free consultation with a local lawyer should get you on the right track. You may want to hire a lawyer to void the document if it's important to you. The most important thing is to get this resolved immediately.

You may want to also file a complaint with the state bar about the attorney's unauthorized signature.
