Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
i got arrested for obtaining a narcotic precription by wqy of fraud, ( i called it in myself and they arrested me at the drug store) i also was arrested for DUI by refusual to sumbit to any type of alchol test. It would have been my second DUI in five years. However, they gave me my licensce back when i bailed out of jail 3 days later and on the paper work it said i gave them up and they should have been sent into the state for suspension. What are my chances of beating these charges as well as what could we plea them down too? Please advise? this is my first felony charge ever
