Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I was indicted may 1, 2009... I have not been giving a court date. How long will it be before i am giving a court date and also how long can i stay indicted before going to court?

It depends on how fast the DA in your county wants to move. You will stay "indicted" until your case is resolved. Consult with a local attorney.
