child custody

my ex-husband decided that he didn't want to pay child support. He said he would sign the rights to the chidren away. This was 5 months ago. He has seen the once in the past 8 months. Now he has changed his mind and wants to see the kids. Is there a way I can have his parental rights revoked.

There is no such thing as what you are asking. The chilkd has rights to have a father and those cannot be "revoked."

I doubt that a judge would terminate his parental rights just because he won't pay child support. You should consider filing a contempt against him. Consult with a local attorney.
