Child Support

My husbands 17 year daughter whom he pay childsupport for was just kicked out of her mothers house and has moved in with her 21 year old sister. What do we do about her child support which goes to her mother.

Your husband's divorce papers probably say that he must pay the child support TO HIS EX until the daughter turns 18, gets married, etc. Have an attorney review the papers to see if there is an "out". Also ask the attorney about a modification.
