Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

What can we do about Child Support Modification? Husband was Military (He ETSed in May 2012) we were homeless and jobless with 2 other kids. He filed before we left NY to move back to GA (where his child is) He has been doing for this child before he was born. He tried to place himself on CS before and she denied he was the father ( still have those papers from the initial) But he is still paying $439 when he only makes 1400. after we pay rent we are making life decisions on to pay vehicle insurance or lights. Rent is $775. Another fact is when she filed her initial paperwork she lied and they called her on the phone but had no paperwork in black and white to prove her income. This is putting us in a major hardship and we are way behind in our bills. please help! ( we have every receipt, bill, etc from where we have taken care of this child since birth and when I came into the picture)

You posted "please help." That will NOT happen online. That can only happen by hiring a lawyer. Depending on what was done, your husband may not be eligible until the future to file. But he has to see a lawyer. Each time he takes on the courts without a lawyer he shoots himself in the foot. This never was a do-it-yourself project, and the bad news is that it sounds like he is asking after a bad result, rather than before.
