Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Copies of non-disclosed information

What are the laws pertaining to making copies of ex

boyfriends tax returns without his knowledge of it

and attorney using them in a paternity case? What can happen to person who made copies? The attorney

assured client there would no trouble. His corporate

attorneys are filing suit (I think) What is the worst

possible scenerio?
