Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My ex husband was court ordered to pay me his income taxes due to unpaid retirement that he owes me for in the amount of $14, 000. He is refusing to do so and my attorney isn't enforcing the court order. Is there anything I can do on my own to get this taken care of?
