Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I have legal joint custody but I am not the custodial parent, the mother will not release my son's social security number so that I can claim him even though she does not work. Is that legal and can I claim him?

You omitted the information necessary to answer you. If your custody order says you are primary custodian or if it gives you the deduction, you MAY be able to. Since you left that out, we cannot answer you.
