Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

i really need help the mother of my child filed my taxes, i gave her consent but never gave her my signature and i never received my money. i want to sue for my tax money and i want to try to get my baby back. this subject has been constantly stressing me because i told her not to put me on child support only because i knew she need more money. i get paid biweekly and i don't have the best job but i managed to send her around 150-200 a month some extra for my part of the phone bill on a plan that we were both under but once my taxes were filed back child support was taken she didn't get any taxes this year so she asked me to claim my daughter being that i was taking care of them both in 2013 i really just want to use this as an opportunity to get my daughter back and to claim full custody. the mother of my child has already put me though child support fraud while i was with her in order to get money from the state after i told her that it wasn't worth it many times she got caught and i was forced to pay all plus interest back
