Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

If my original child support order (for two kids) stated $200 per child per paycheck until the child reaches 18 (or 20 if in school) and the oldest reached 20 in December of 2009, how is the payroll deduction updated? Is a new motion needed?

If you had a lawyer (and you should have) and he did his job the order states what date the amount changes and you'd probably just need to show that to the employer. If it doesn't, go see a lawyer.
