Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My son let his girlfriend put his name as father on her baby's birthcertificate when she said it was his. Now the results have come in and he is not the father. How does he remove his name? she is not mentally well right now and i think she will give him a hard time about it too.

You can't just remove a name. He will have to sue her in Superior Court. He will need a lawyer. It will likely be expensive. He has learned a very expensive lesson.
