Legal Question in Personal Injury in Georgia

i was involved in an accident where i was stuck from the rear 3 times but by two different vehicles, the police officer was informed that two vehicles struck me however the police did not mention the 2nd or 3rd cars involved in the report, just the first staying that the driver was following too closely..now the driver of the car insurance company will not pay 100% for my damages because they said due to their investigation they found another car was involved as well. the insurance company offered me 75%, 50% liability from their customer and the second driver that struck me acknowledge that he indeed hit me so his insurance company agrees to pay 25% leaving the other 25% to the last vehicle involved although this vehicle did not hit my car and stated that she saw the 2nd vehicle hit me before she struck his vehicle. because the other drivers are placing blame on everybody behind them the driver listed in the police report insurance company will not fix my car 100%..is it best for me to take the person that hit me (who is only listed in the police report as being responsible) to small claims to collect 100% of my damages?

Your post shows why people need to carry full coverage. In these type cases you can simply dump the problem on your own insurer and let the insurers duke it out without you.

If the damages are large, or if you were hurt, it would be wise to talk to legal counsel.

You can hire a lawyer, but keep in mind that you'll pay more than 25% to the lawyer. You should have insurance that fully covers your damages either way.
