Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Georgia

Contesting a will

My father-in-law passed away in January his will was filed February 25, the probate court said it has already went through the probate process. My husband is wanting to contest it because he doesn't believe his dad signed the will and also because it said he had no children. Can we still contest the will to prove he did have a son. The will that was filed does not mention anything about a lawsuit he was involved in where he received a large sum of money. (this and new vehicles were not in will). The will was dated 1999 and does not appear to have been drawn up by an attorney & was notorized at his family's bank.

Please help.

Thank you

Christy
