collections - leins

I'm helping a chinese business friend

''Lee '' who is trying to collect his

outstanding balance of $30K to a US

business in Nampa, Idaho. I

suggested a lein since the owner

states he's selling his house /

business to help pay him back. I

don't see it from his website.

Personally I think he's lying and

taking advantage of the Chinese.

Lee has ask me to help him find a

lawyer to help him collect his money.

He does not know our laws and I'm

starting here with direction.

If the company is in Idaho, you should seek an Idaho attorney that handles collections.
