A felony charged and sentenced while as a juvenile should remain on the juvenile record and not become part of the adult record normally. This includes even if simply sentence was upgraded and completed as an adult. But if the minor was charged as an adult then it becomes part of the adult record. That is the law in IL. Best of luck.
