Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Illinois

How do I sue an IL judge in Florida?

I have lived in FL for 2 years, and the IL judge has been making rulings against my son and I. Which have violated 4 of my ammendments. Which court system would I go through? And could I obtain the paperwork on the internet? I live in Sarasota county. Thank you for your time.

Re: How do I sue an IL judge in Florida?

Hello. A judge who presides over your case cannot be sued in Illinois. However, I suggests that you get a lawyer in Illinois to protect your rights. From your posting I cannot determine what type of case you are faced with, but I suggests that you take immediate action to protect your rights. A judge in Florida will not be able to help you. If the case is here in Illinois, you will need Illinois help. I will be happy to answer any additional questions you may have.
