Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

contract
i signed a contract with my ex saying that i agreed that i owe her about $1200 and that i would pay her $100 a week every week. it was just typed up on the computer in a word processor and i already gave her some and signed the contract. is there any way out of this? she has electric, cell phone bills, water bills and a credit card bill and rent on it. she is also threatening to take me to court about it. she also says she talked to her lawyer already and what he told her but i never heard from him. i believe she got it notarized also thank you for your help

If you did not owe her the money, you might be able to get out of it, but it might cost you more than you owe her.
