i wa sin the hospital from multiple stab wounds and I was refused pain medications because the doctors said i was a gang banging cocaine head! what is the legal option?

Probably nothing. If you tested positive for cocaine they are permitted to withhold other drugs since the combination has severe side effects. You probably would have a cause of action if they gave it to you and you has a reaction to the combination. They were prudent in their efforts.
